Postpartum retreats provide a peaceful environment for mom and baby to rest and recuperate with the support and guidance of professionals. From nutritious meals and lactation support to rest and relaxation.

Why? Lower-income families are simply unable to afford or access a doula to support them on their child's birthing journey and beyond. Sponsoring a doula will allow these families the opportunity to experience next-level support with better birth and postpartum outcomes.

What’s Included? A doula out in the community educating families via community events, in-home services, and more. A doula will provide Birth, Lactation, and Postpartum support to families in the lower income areas at NO cost to the family.

Why? We are on a mission to train more doulas to help support families in need of this vital service. Successfully training aspiring doulas allows us to serve more families in the lower income community free of charge. By placing more doulas in the community, we have a hand in changing the ever-climbing maternal infant death rate for the better!

What's included: An aspiring doula will have the option to take a state-of-the-art doula training either in person or online. After completing the course, the doula will obtain a certificate of completion. After training, each doula is paired with a family in the community to complete volunteer hours, demonstrating their understanding of their skills.

What's included: 4 days 3 nights luxurious experience, private chef, tea/snack/soft drink bar, 24/7 staffed nursery, enrichment activities and workshops, in-room massages, self-care extravaganza, mindful meditation and exercises, Brunch with a Twist, and more.

Sponsoring a retreat roughly costing $20,000.00 would allow 5 women in the lower income area to come and be pampered through postpartum, free of charge.
